About the Artist

Welcome to Eye Design by Dina! I am lucky to be doing what I love after spending years

in a corporate career in the pharmaceutical industry that kept me from my passion

of art and makeup. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a

Bachelor's Degree in Communications. I am also a licensed esthetician and a wife and

mom of 2 beautiful kids.

After 15 years as an Executive Sales Representative, I left my career to become a

stay-at-home-mom and to spend as much time with my kids as possible.  But as kids do,

they got older and I realized it was time for me to get back to work.

This time I was going to follow my heart and do something that I really wanted to do,

as opposed to being in a career where I wasn't fulfilled and was just

checking the boxes and collecting a paycheck . 

I've always been a girl's girl and am most happy making other women feel beautiful

and empowered, so I knew where my heart was going to take me, I just didn't know

exactly where I would land.   

My fascination with makeup and beauty began as a little girl when I would watch my mom

get ready for work every morning. She taught me how tame my curls, apply mascara to

give the illusion of mile-long lashes and how to choose colors based on undertones.  She would pass

down her makeup to me and I would study glossy fashion magazines, trying to emulate the looks of the models. Throughout the years, I would beg my friends to let me make them up.  It took many years and many more people to convince me that I had a talent and that I should consider using that talent in some capacity. Of course I thought the idea was crazy because, as an artist, there is always doubt about the art you create. So I set out to put that doubt to the test and began the journey that lead me here.  

I dedicated myself to learning the trade;  developing my technique, researching the best tools, studying facial features, understanding color theory and adhering to safety procedures.  I hope that you will allow me the opportunity to give you the brows of your dreams, and I hope to make you feel beautiful and empowered.

P.S. I want to thank each and every one of my clients for trusting in me and choosing me as an artist. Each one of you have left a special mark on me as we have gotten to know each other while you are in my studio.  It's more than just giving you beautiful brows, it's hearing your life stories (or sometimes listening to mine) that reminds me of why I started this business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
